Meet The Owner, Justin McNair

My Experience

I have been in construction and working with concrete since 1991 when I graduated from
high school.

I moved from Alberta to the Lower mainland in 2006 to join the family business,
WerkMaster. They manufacture state of the art concrete grinding and polishing
equipment.

I spent over 10 years helping develop end to end systems for polishing concrete with some
of the most talented people in the industry.

We built a full concrete grinding and polishing system that is successfully used on every continent today.

I started Concreative Surfaces in 2018. We provide Concrete grinding and polishing services throughout the Lower Mainland and we have been successfully in business since.

My Passion

I love creating things from raw materials. I am passionate about details and believe there
are no short cuts.

I like to be present on each job making sure that our work is always meeting our high
standard. This has given me a platform to build rewarding relationships with my
customers who appreciate the appeal of concrete as much as we do.
